Michal StencelI make software understandable without reading.
UK-based designer for products that are hard to explain. I show what your product does instead of describing it: hero loops, explainer videos, paid ads and social content, made from the product’s own interface.
Background
Design & motion for products that are hard to explain
I work with B2B SaaS teams on one problem: high-intent visitors landing on a page full of static screenshots, having to read to work out what the product does, and leaving before they do.
The fix is to show the product working instead of describing it. I find the one thing it does that matters most, then tell that story everywhere buyers meet you: a hero loop of the real interface, a short explainer video, and the ads and posts that bring people in.
I’ve sat on the buyer’s side of this. I was Head of Design at a film finance platform, building its full motion library, brand and website, and I’ve designed and launched a product of my own. Based in the UK, working with teams across Europe and beyond.

Best fit for
B2B SaaS and tech scale-ups with a product that takes a paragraph to explain, and a homepage currently trying to do it in static images.
Dashboards, AI tools, fintech, and technical platforms are where this works hardest — the more there is to explain, the more showing beats telling.
